Ivory Translucent is a semi-wispy glass that is a creamy, off-white to pale amber. Glass in this range begins to obstruct the light since the semi-translucent mix is roughly composed of 1/3 cathedral glass color and 2/3 opaque white glass. In the finished sheet the more dense wisps of opal impart slight surface variation and strong shadowing which generate reflection and depth. The glass is smooth, easily cut and suitable for background, mosaics, stained glass panels, lamps and more.
